Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Zyruz ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of Zyruz Booster, including any associated software, features, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, downloading the software, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zyruz Booster. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

We collect and store only the minimum data necessary to provide and secure the Service:

• Email address: Stored in encrypted form in our database. Used solely to authenticate your account and contact you regarding important service updates or security matters. We do not sell, share, or disclose your email to third parties.
• Hardware ID (HWID): A unique identifier derived from your hardware configuration, collected at login and stored in encrypted form. This is used exclusively to enforce our one-device-per-account policy.
• Password: Stored as a one-way cryptographic hash (bcrypt). We never store or transmit your plain-text password.
• Payment information: We do not store any payment card data. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider, and are subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.

All data is stored within a secured, access-controlled database. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Each Zyruz Booster account is permitted for use on one (1) personal computer. Your account is automatically bound to the first device from which you log in.

• You may not use your account on more than one device simultaneously.
• If you need to transfer your account to a different device (e.g. hardware upgrade, new PC), you may request a HWID reset by opening a support ticket. HWID resets are granted at our sole discretion and are subject to reasonable verification.
• Attempting to bypass or spoof the hardware-binding system is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.

By completing a purchase of Zyruz Booster Premium, you expressly agree to the following:

• No refunds: All transactions are non-refundable and non-reversible. You are encouraged to review all features of the free tier prior to purchasing.
• No account transfer or resale: Your Premium licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, sublease, or otherwise transfer access to your account or its benefits to any third party.
• Commercial use: Using your Premium account as part of a paid service offering (e.g. selling PC optimisations to clients) requires prior written authorisation from us. Please open a support ticket to discuss commercial licensing.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer may result in immediate permanent termination of your account and any associated access.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the Zyruz Booster software or backend systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Exploit, abuse, or intentionally overload any component of the Service's infrastructure.
• Distribute, copy, or resell any part of the software without our explicit written consent.
• Use the Service in any way that violates local, national, or international law or regulation.

Zyruz Booster is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our software modifies system settings for performance optimisation purposes. While all scripts have been developed and tested carefully, you acknowledge and accept that any modifications to system settings carry inherent risk. We provide a built-in restore point feature to help you revert changes, and we strongly recommend creating your own system backup prior to running any optimisations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware damage, system instability, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You are abusing any feature, system, or resource of the Service.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful conduct in connection with the Service.
• Continued access poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 5, 7, and 8.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users (e.g. via in-app notice or email).

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
